The market remains at an extraordinary level, and the 2025 figure is still 41.8% above the 2016 level of €40,599/m². 

More importantly, the IMSEE methodology was revised: the current indicator incorporates transactions according to year, district and construction period, rather than simply taking an unadjusted average. So the 2025 and earlier historical figures need to be interpreted carefully.
